Wisconsin Real Estate Appraisal
Begin exam training with the Real Estate Appraiser online course for Wisconsin. This is a 75 hour online training and certification course to meet the qualifications
for the Wisconsin Real Estate Appraisal License. Each licensing and Continuing Education course subject is approved and updated to prepare for the appraisal exam.
It covers real estate concepts, finance, the valuation process, neighborhood analysis and much much more.
Students also learn about the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices.
License Rules
Completion of program of study for licensed appraisers of at least 90 hours of instruction covering topics indicated in Wisconsin Admin. Code, RL 84.04 and Chapter 458 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
Completion of 500 hours of appraisal experience.
Certified Residential
Completion of a program of study for certified residential appraisers of at least 120 hours of instruction covering topics indicated in Wis Admin. Code, RL 84.02.
Completion 2,500 hours of property appraising experience in not less than 24 months.
