Sample Course for Utah:
Ethics in Real Estate - covers the NAR Code of Ethics and reviews case studies pertaining to the code. Sample scenarios are included as a decision making practice for licensees. This course will insure that real estate professionals have a strong understanding of the National Association of Realtors ® (NAR) Code of Ethics and understand the difference between ethical and unethical behavior.
Utah License Rules after Exam Passing
Complete 12 hours of state approved CE courses during every 2 year renewal cycle.
This includes a mandatory 3 hour "core" course (as prescribed by the Utah Division of Real Estate and Real Estate Commission to keep a licensee current in changing practices and laws).
The other 9 hours are elective CE courses.
All sales agents renew every 2 years in the month that they license in.
