How To Study For The Series 7

One of the challenges students have is learning the proper way to study for the Series 7. No prior investment knowledge is required, but having good study habits and techniques can certainly help. Knowing how to properly study for this exam can make a difference between passing and failing.

American Investment Training recommends that students go through their books first and taking the practice questions after each section. Read and study the answer explanations carefully. The answer explanations are very thorough and we recommend writing out many of the answer explanations on a notebook for study comprehension. The Series 7 requires bullet note techniques and this works well - especially when studying Series 7 rules and regulations.

Prepare

The way you prepare and study for these exams after reading the books is to take the practice tests on CD. Once you are passing the AIT exams - you will be ready to pass the real exam.

Consistant study time is the key. Students should dedicate a fixed number of hours each day.

Final Test Study

When using accurate or dificult exams like American Investment Training's home study sewries 7 course or their online study training, getting high enough grades on your final exams will give you the confidence that you put in the study time and the practice test scores show it. Again - the important part is to use accurate and up to date final exams from the right provider. Getting high scores on practice Series 7 tests that you have done over and over again or using exams that are not accurate will only produce an unreliable score and reflect poorly on your study.

Learn how to study for the exam the right away and passing will be a cinch.
