This Course also includes a module on business practices in the Home Inspection industry. Includes module exams to test your knowledge. This course is approved by the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Home Inspectors.

All licenses issued expire on the first day of the month from the date of issuance and will be valid for a period of two years. In order to renew a license, the licensee must submit an application and the required fee, proof of insurance, and proof of completing the continuing education requirements.

Pass course and get a certificate

Once all curriculum requirements are completed, you will be issued a Rhode Island Home Inspection Curriculum Completion Certificate. If you are to receive a Completion Certificate, it will be mailed to you via the U.S. Mail and placed in the mail within 3-5 business days after you have satisfied all course requirements.
