Each state offers different courses to become a real estate agent or broker. Some states allow for a school course to be delivered online. Some allow online training for Licensing, continuing education and other real estate principle courses. A real estate broker can earn a living offering or representing residential or commercial properties. Each school represented offers official and professional online training.

State approved courses after 6 months of initial licensing is usually required as well.

After you have completed training and get your license to become a real estate agent, there will be ongoing continuing education requirements. The usual minimum is 15 hours or so every 2 years with more or less depending on your state.
