Oklahoma Appraisal Training Online
Train with an online class to become a real estate appraiser in Oklahoma. Certification and a career in appraisal can be very rewarding buy learning how to evaluate residential and commercial property. Oklahoma appraisers can work for themselves or for financial institutions and real estate firms.
Requirements:
Each level must successfully complete the specified hours of approved real estate appraisal courses for each level of licensure, which includes at least 15 hours on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The specified hours are:
75 school class hours for the Oklahoma classification
90 school class hours for the Licensed classification. The class hours required for the licensed real estate appraiser may include the classroom hours required for the appraiser trainee.
120 hours for the Certified Residential Appraisal classification. The course hours required for the certified residential real estate appraiser may include the classroom hours required for the appraiser trainee or the licensed real estate appraiser.
180 hours for the Certification General Appraiser. The class hours required for the certified general real estate appraiser may include the classroom hours required for the appraiser trainee, the licensed residential real estate appraiser, or the certified residential real estate appraiser.
