CE Course Credit
To continue as a licensed real estate broker or agent in Nebraska, you must do ongoing continuing education or CE training. These credit hours are based on need and are required to be taken. Basic Real Estate Finance (Second Edition) - Covers basic principles of real estate finance. Topics include financing instruments, promissory notes, mortgages, assumptions, priority of loans, foreclosures, trust deeds, types of loans, sources of funds, loan practices and closing costs.
Ethics in Real Estate (Meets NAR Reg. for Agents) -
This CE training covers the NAR Code of Ethics and reviews case studies pertaining to the code. Sample scenarios are included as a decision making practice for licensees.
Real Estate Math - Covers math calculations involved in property measurement, commissions, investments and return on investments, capitalization, loans, property cost and price. The course presents easy-to-remember formulas and numerous practice problems.
Pricing Property to Sell (Nebraska Agents and Brokers) -
Presents methods and principles for pricing property. The continuing education training covers pricing compared to appraisal, basic concepts of pricing property, principles of value, approaches to pricing property and application of the market data and replacement cost methods.
