The school students will identify sections of the URAR report which include the following sections: Subject Section, Neighborhood Section, PUD Section, Site Section, Description and Improvement Section, Comment Section, Cost Approach Section, Sales Comparison Analysis Section, Indicated Value by Income Approach Section, Reconciliation, and Additional Forms. This course also includes several case studies for students to work through.

The course contains the essential information needed to prepare the licensed and certified appraisers for the FHA appraiser exam in Michigan.
