Continuing Education CE

Complete 12 hours of state approved courses every 2 years. These courses must include 3 hours of Mandatory courses chosen from: Missouri Laws Governing the Transfer of Real Property, Broker Supervision and Escrow Account Management, Fair Housing, Commercial Brokerage, and Property Management. The other 9 hours are elective courses Continuing education courses require that you pass a course final exam with a grade of at least 70%

Missouri Real Estate Statues, Rules, and Regulations Chapter 339 4 CSR 250-6.040 (1) states that, In any given calendar day, no course(s) shall exceed eight (8) hours in length.

Broker licensees renew in every even-numbered year by June 30th.

Salesperson licensees renew in every even-numbered year by September 30th .
