You can be on your way to completing your home inspection continuing education courses immediately! Simply select your state and the course format you prefer to begin the registration. Career WebSchool offers appraisal continuing education courses in two formats, online or CD ROM. If you select the online format, you can begin taking your course immediately. If you select the CD ROM format, we will send you a CD in the mail and when you receive the CD you may begin your course.
Once all curriculum requirements are completed, you will be issued a Maryland Home Inspection Curriculum Completion Certificate. If you are to receive a Completion Certificate, it will be mailed to you via the U.S. Mail and placed in the mail within 3-5 business days after you have satisfied all course requirements.
