Complete 12 hours of state approved elective courses every 2 years,

9 hours of elective coursework

3 hours of mandatory coursework - "Required Salesperson and Broker Core"

Pass a course final exam (grade of 90% required to pass),

Salesperson renew every 2 years on the last day of the month preceding their license expiration date (e.g., if license expiration date is 2/28, then education and renewal of license are due on 1/31).

Broker

Complete 12 hours of Kansas state approved elective courses every 2 years,

6 hours of elective training coursework

6 hours of mandatory coursework - "Required Salesperson and Broker Core" and "Required Broker Core"

Pass a Kansas course final exam (grade of 90% required to pass),

Brokers renew every 2 years on the last day of the month preceding their license expiration date (e.g., if license expiration date is 2/28, then education and renewal of license are due on 1/31).
