Reciprocal License Rules for Delaware

A non-resident of Delaware who is duly licensed as a broker in another state and who is actually engaged in the business of real estate in the other state may be issued a nonresident broker's license.

A non-resident salesperson who is duly licensed as a salesperson in another state and who is actually engaged in the business of real estate in the other state may be issued a non-resident salesperson's license provided such non-resident salesperson is employed by a broker holding a broker's license issued by the Commission.

Continuing Education Training for Real Estate Licensed Persons

Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Commission a licensed person is required to have 15 approved continuing education credit hours ( online training ) for each 2 year renewal period. The license period begins on the day following the expiration date of the previous broker license.
