Alabama Real Estate Appraiser Training Online
Begin an online certification course to start a career in Real Estate Appraisal in Alabama. This is a 75 hour online course to meet the qualifications
for an Alabama Real Estate Appraisal License. An Appraiser can earn income part time or full time.
License Certification and CE
Pre licensing certification trainingand continuing education course credits are available. CE training is provided to licensed real estate appraisers who are required to take ongoing continuing education hours and credit. Each subject is approved for Alabama persons. Course scores and reporting is provided to the student and to the state.

Students also learn about the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices. The training course is appropriate for students who are interested in receiving 14-hours of continuing education credit. The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the appraisal methods. Students will learn the principles of value, the three approaches to value - sales comparison, cost, and income, reconciliation and gross monthly rent multipliers.
